We are currently looking for Private Duty LPNS for a 26 year old female in Central Islip. She needs support Monday- Sunday 9a-9p.

Settings: home

Schedule: 3 12 hour shifts- 3 LPNS needed

Rate: LPN $35

Requirements:

• NY State LPN or RN License
• BLS Card
• 2 years of Nursing experience
• 2 References

Skilled Requirements:
Wound Care and Dressing Changes Personal Care Assistance
Medication management and administration Palliative care for chronic conditions
Tracheostomy and ventilator management Feeding tube care and support
Respite care for family caregivers
